Please read through the camp descriptions below and then REGISTER once for each child (print a copy of the registration form, fill it out, sign and fax to 1-866-485-7130, or mail/drop off to the address below). After registering you may pay online by clicking the drop down menu and choosing to pay the Full Payment Fee or the Deposit, then click on the “Add To Cart” button after the camp description. Note – all recipes are made from scratch, from beginning to end by each student chef, using only the finest and freshest ingredients available. Max 5 students per class to optimize hands on. Each class includes a cool, custom drink, copy of the recipe to take home and the use of our chef hats and aprons. Camp “A Little Bit of Everything” Jr. NOW FULL
Mon. Jul 19-Fri. Jul 23 – We’ll have tons of fun with Cake and Cupcake decorating, Pastries, Squares, Soups/Salads, and a little bit of Gourmet Cooking. For those who love to cook AND bake! In between cooking times, children will make their own custom made drinks to have with lunch, where we will relax before our next adventure
Camp “Patisserie” NOW FULL
Mon. Jul 26-Fri. Jul 30 – Ages 10-13 – Young chefs will learn several cake, cupcake and icing recipes with various cake decorating techniques. We will spend 2 days making French Pastries and then filling them with unique fruit and chocolate combinations. They will also learn the art of Genoise and the challenges of Cheesecake and several other delights. In between cooking times, children will make their own custom made drinks to have with lunch (soup, salad, sandwiches), where we will relax before our next adventure

Camp “Pasta Fiesta” ONE SPACE AVAILABLE
Tues. Aug 17-Thurs. Aug 19 – Ages 9-12 (3 hrs, 10am to 1pm) $135/chef -including Breads and Salads. We’ll make many types of pasta by hand using our Italian pasta machines. Learn coloured pasta recipes and super yummy sauces, garlic bread and delicious side salads with homemade dressings – REGISTER NOW

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel within 14 days of the start of camp, your registration amount will not be refunded unless the spot is taken by another child. If cancelling up to 30 days before camp start date your registration amount will count as credit towards another Mixing Spoons Course. unless the spot is taken by another child, in which case your money will be refunded. If cancelling prior to 30 days before camp start date all monies refundable except for a $25 Admin Fee for 5 day camps and a $15 Admin Fee for all others.
